WE GOT OUR TRAVEL DATE !

We will be leaving on January 15th and will be returning on Feb. 1st.  We were the first family to miss the December travel date and to be put into the new year.  The SDA office takes a break the beginning of each year, which is until Jan. 10th, so we were scheduled to arrive after the office opens back up. We are not certian yet when we will make the second trip to travel back to bring the girls home.  There is a 10 waiting period and then you return. I have learned through this, that you cannot predict or plan when you want to travel, but it is all in God's timing and when HE wants you to go.  We are excited and have already started to prepare.  We booked our flights last night, we will be flying out of State College.  We have a layover in Paris and will be spending that time there sightseeing. I was excited to hear that we will be back in time to celebrate Bubba's birthday, which is on Feburary 3rd.  When he found out when we were leaving, he said, "Please be here on Feburary 3rd" We are hoping that these dates we got will allow us to travel with our friends, Joe and Ginger Rose.  They are due to hear in the next few weeks when they will get their appointment.

Please keep Russ and Lori and Dusty and Tina Kustenbeck in your prayers, as they left yesterday to head to Ukraine.  They will be at the oprhanage next week.  Also, we were able to raise enough money to buy all 100 kids coats for winter.  Lori took the money with her, and the missionaries are going to take the kids to get coats.  Thanks to everyone that helped out to make that possible, this is truly what giving and this season is all about !!
