God is alive here in Ukraine !

The great and magnificent things about God is he is everywhere we go and doing mighty things wherever our road takes us.  We have had our setbacks here, but overall we are feeling God's mighty hands wrapped around us and not letting go.  Part of our family is half way around the world from us, in Reno, Nevada at a Safari Club International show. This is a vital show, and a lot rides on it.  Russie was disappointed he would not be able to make the trip with his family there this year because we were scheduled to be here at the same time.  Lori said that they have had their best show ever there this year and it has went better than they could have hope for, Praise God !!! I knew God would be doing great

things for both of us a world apart.  We have continued to make strides with our girls here and God has also used us in other opportunities  here that have been amazing and life changing !  I prayed before I came that God would use me for more than just the obvious reason we were coming here, but if there was more to be done, that he would show me and lead me.  I am excited to say he has, and as of last night, I feel like I am ready to come home and my job here for this trip is coming to an end and I am at peace.  Tomorrow ( actually today now here), will be our final step this trip to complete.  Our court appointment is set for 3:00 pm ( which is 8:00 am at home ) The girls are excited for court, they know that this is an important step in the process and it gets them one step closer.  We had a great weekend with them.  Yesterday, we they wanted to go back to the ice skating rink, so we took them there and then took them to a pizzeria for lunch.  The food was really good, especially the desserts !  Today we picked up the girls and headed to the market to pick up a few things, and they we went over to Mick and Janel's apartment with the girls and hung out there with them watching movies, painting fingernails and eating lunch together.  The girls all had a great time and didn't want to leave.  They wanted to sleep there, but be assured them that soon enough we will have a sleepover in America, they liked that idea !  We will know after our court tomorrow when we will be returning for our second trip.  It seems crazy we will only be home for a week and then come back.  We miss our kids and are so excited to see them.  It will be hard for me to leave them again after only a week.  I know God will provide strength for us to make this second trip.  Hopefully my nest posts will have pictures of our celebration dinner with the girls after court !!!
